The Florida Antiquarian Book Fair is inviting social media users to apply for credentials to cover the 33rd annual Florida Antiquarian Book Fair on March 14-16, 2014 at The Coliseum in St. Petersburg.
Users will be selected to attend the three-day book fair, and will be given access to report on themes of the book fair, specials events, dealers and their offerings, and more. Social media representatives also will be given access to news releases, contacts, and other information in advance so that they may report on the book fair before it opens. Deadline to submit application is Friday, January 31.
People who actively collect, report, analyze, and disseminate news on social networking platforms may apply for media credentials. Applicants must have an established history of posting content on social media platforms, and have a specific interest in books, book collecting, the printing arts, or related subjects. Applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please send a request for an application to email@example.com.
All applicants will receive an email notifying you if you have been selected for social media accreditation. Anyone accepted will be required to submit a photograph of themselves by email. Each registration is for one person and does not include a guest. Your social media badge will be available to be picked up at Will Call. Users on all social networks are encouraged to use the hashtag #FloridaBookFair.
